The petitioner has approached this Court to secure a luxury for arriving at this Court only to grant to him a liberty to file application which is appropriate. The Court has found the application inappropriate as containing two reliefs. The petitioner pleads that the petitioner will be granted liberty of filing two independent petitions. It is rather strange that the petitioner has come to this Court to seek for liberty to file the separate applications for two different reliefs. I grant him the liberty to filed the separate applications for the two different reliefs for the expenses which he has incurred and the luxury which he has sought for arriving before this Court.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
