(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside impugned judgment dated 30.11.2015 passed by learned Appellate Authority, Ambala whereby appeal filed by respondent/landlord against judgment/ order dated 22.04.2014 passed by learned Rent Controller, was allowed; findings of learned Rent Controller on issues No.1 and 3 were set aside and issue No.1 was decided in favour of landlord and issue No.3 against revisionist/tenant.

Matter was taken up for hearing on 20.02.2023when none appeared on behalf of revisionist and fresh notice was directed to be issued to revisionist. Office report reveals that notice issued to revisionist received back with report "refused to receive the summon, however affixation made". On resumed hearing today, none appears on behalf of revisionist. Revision was filed way back in the year-2016. It seems that revisionist is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. 3.

Be that as it may, dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
