The revision petition is needless exercise for approaching this Court to secure an additional opportunity for cross-examination. The petitioner will approach the very same Court and seek for such permission. The Court will pass appropriate order on the reasons set forth in the application as to why he could not cross-examine, following the dictum laid down by this Court in Santhosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404.
