**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate fair and proper investigation on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2020 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with respondent No. 4 in the year 2017. He further submits that respondent No. 4 on the instigation of respondents No. 5 to 7 harassed the petitioner and also gave beatings to her and copy of the MLR dated 14.12.2020 to this effect is on record as Annexure P-2. Learned counsel further submits that father of the petitioner has also made representation dated 29.12.2020 (Annexure P-3) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken on the same till date.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the present case, there seems to be a matrimonial dispute GURPREET SINGH 2021.01.29 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh between the husband and wife and their marriage was solemnized way-back

CRM-M No. 2590 of 2021 -2in the year 2017. Above all, the representation was filed on 29.12.2020 and the petitioner has approached this Court on 07.1.2021 without giving the breathing time to the concerned official respondents. No case for issuance of directions is made out. The petition is dismissed.
