***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent has given an undertaking, on behalf of respondent, to withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the trial Court, which is sought to be transferred.

Keeping in view the undertaking, given by the counsel for the respondent, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
