There is no requirement for having to file an application for leading secondary evidence. It is possible for the petitioner to produce secondary evidence without application, give evidence as regards the same and let it be tested in the cross-examination. The Court will not make any objection. If any objection is taken by the respondent, the document will be received subject to that objection and the trial will progress further.
