Right to cross-examination was denied to the defendant. The order already passed is set aside dispensing with notice to the respondent on condition of payment of costs of `5000/- to the other side within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. If the amount is not paid as directed, the order already passed will stand confirmed. The Court will allow for cross-examination of the plaintiff on the date which is fixed and if the party is still not in a position to be ready, the Court may then deny the opportunity of crossexamination. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
