HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for setting aside the impugned order dated 01.12.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, whereby, proclamation under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was ordered to be published.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
