The present revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.01.2017 (Annexure P-2), whereby the evidence of the defendant was closed by order except for cross-examination of DW-1. 2.

During the pendency of the present petition, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Jalandhar, the main civil suit itself stands decided. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
