(Oral) After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner states that if the respondent is ready to give sufficient time to the petitioner to vacate the premises he would undertake to vacate the same without forcing the respondent to file an execution petition. After consultation between the learned counsel it has been agreed that the petitioner shall file an undertaking in this Court that she would vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2016 and will continue to deposit rent and other charges in advance by the 7th of every month. It is, however, made clear that in case the necessary undertaking in the above form is not given within a period of 15 days this petition would be deemed to be dismissed. In the event of non-deposit of rent the respondent would be entitled to execute the order of eviction passed against the petitioner forthwith.
