*** This petition is directed against an order passed by the Rent Controller in a petition under Section 13-B of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act granting leave to the tenant to contest. No stay had been granted by this Court. The main petition filed under Section 13-B has since been allowed by the learned Rent Controller vide order dated January 23, 2013. That order is under challenge in Civil Revision No.2098 of 2013 at the instance of the tenant.

In view of the above, this revision has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such as the main petition under Section 13-B has already been allowed vide order dated January 23, 2013.

A copy of this order be sent to the learned counsel for the petitioner at his residential address as he has not put in appearance.
