The counsel for the petitioner says that he will pay the arrears of rent calculated at ` 1500/- per month and the increase which the Rent Controller has provided and which the Appellate Court has affirmed at this stage, and wants time to garner adequate resources to make the payment. In the light of the undertaking given by the petitioner, I dispense with notice to the respondent and modify the order already passed only to the effect that apart from the rent at Rs.2500/- per month that is payable immediately, the petitioner will have time of six months to pay the increase in rent which has been assessed by the Rent Controller and ordered by the Appellate Court to pay.
2.
With this modification, the civil revision is disposed of. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE March 25, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.03.27 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
