(Oral) Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the writ order dated 02.04.2018, the compliance order has already been passed directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.4,92,325/-. It is further submitted that the said order has already been challenged by filing a statutory appeal.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
