.............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Amit Jain,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioners, who are defendants in the suit pending hearing in RSA No.1375/2000 before this Court, are aggrieved by the order dated 10.11.2014 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)Kharar in compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 25.4.2008 (P-4).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 10.11.2014. It is apparent that for the entire suit land measuring 9B9B mesne profits has been assessed @ Rs.10,000/- per acre pursuant to the initial interim order dated 8.3.2002 and in compliance of the directions dated 25.4.2008 passed by this Court. The same cannot be accepted to be arbitrary by any stretch of reasoning keeping in view the high rates of chakota for such land in the area. Nothing has been brought before this Court to show that the same is arbitrary.
