(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has got recorded the statement, thereby making a submission that since connected CR-229-2016 titled "Malkiat Singh v/s Manjeet Singh", filed to challenge the order of dismissal on an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC, has been allowed by the Court today and in the light of the same, an opportunity be given to the present petitioner (who is plaintiff before the court below), to seek amendment of the plaint and serve notice upon the fresh added parties, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition, which relates to the impugned order passed by the Court below, on an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC, filed by the present petitioner and submits that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
