The mother of the deceased, who obtained an award of compensation for death of her son, was compelled through the impugned order by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal that twice of the amount which has been awarded must be offered as security. 2.

The order is illegal and without jurisdiction. There can be no party who could be affected except the petitioner herself. I dispense with notice to the respondents and set aside the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The revision petition is allowed and the amount is directed to be released forthwith.
