***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for direction to the respondents to release the amount of `42,538/- on account of reimbursement of medical bills of the petitioner.

This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 21.01.2021, passed the following order:- "Inter alia contends that matter pertains to reimbursement of medical bills for the period w.e.f. 18.05.2019 to 25.01.2020.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Akshita Chauhan, AAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 and Mr. Abhishek Sanghi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3. They seek time to have instructions in the matter and/or file reply.

CWP-1306-2021 -2Today, learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions from the concerned quarter, has apprised the Court that entire payment of medical bills to the tune of `42,538/- has been reimbursed to the petitioner on 09.02.2021.

Since relief claimed by the petitioner has been granted by respondent No.3; thus, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter.
