Vide order dated 18.01.2024 fresh notice was issued to the petitioner. As per the office report the petitioner remains unserved due to incorrect address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
