The petitioner's grievance is that matrimonial proceedings filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act are still not disposed of. The petitioner will use all resourcefullness before the trial Court and request the Court to take up the case expeditiously setting out reasons why an expeditious disposal is necessary.
