Present Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the appellant (plaintiff) against the concurrent finding of dismissal of suit filed by her. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel Mr. Vikas Mehsempur, states at Bar that he has received a 'whatsapp message' from the appellant (plaintiff) to make statement before this Court for withdrawal of present appeal i.e. RSA-130-2023, because, she does not want to pursue the present appeal. Accordingly, counsel for the appellant (plaintiff) seeks withdrawal of present appeal.
