No.6150-CII of 2016 The application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent No.2 is allowed subject to all just exceptions and the legal representatives are ordered to be brought on record. C.R. No.2120 of 2016 1.

The issue involved in the revision petition is very same subject matter which has been dealt with by this Court in C.R.No.1989 of 2016. For the same reason, though I am not giving again details in this order, the order already passed is set aside.

The revision petition is allowed dispensing with notice to the respondents. The Court shall pass an order on the objections taken without unncessarily detaining itself with elaborate issues and retrial of matters. The revision petition is allowed and the procedure which is directed to be followed for the other case in C.R. No.1989 of 2016 shall also apply to this civil revision.
