1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, District Nuh to get the representation dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) examined qua the alleged threat perception of the petitioner. In case, it is found that there is genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon.

2. A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Nuh for necessary compliance.
