Mr. Sahil Gupta, Advocate submits that he has no instructions from his client.

The petitioner is assailing recruitment of private respondents on the ground that their appointment has been made without proper advertisement. The private respondents joined during 1992-2001. At this belated stage, their appointment cannot be disturbed because it is neither in the interest of private respondents nor the State.

In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
