This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 160, dated 12.09.2021 registered under Section 22 & 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

Vide order dated 20.01.2022, petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail and directed to join investigation. Learned State counsel states that petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. In view thereof, petition is allowed. Order dated 20.01.2022 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute. However, petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so by Investigating Agency and shall abide by conditions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
