This is a petition under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. 2.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent, who is represented through Mr. A.S. Virk, Advocate. 3.
Counsel for the parties submit that an Arbitrator was initially appointed, who by email dated 14.02.2023 has resigned. 4.
A joint request has been made by the for appointment of fresh Arbitrator, which is accepted.

Petition is allowed.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Kothi No.1033, Sector 12-A, Panchkula (M.9417233385) is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

Parties are directed to appear before the Arbitrator on 14.02.2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the address mentioned above or at any other place to be fixed with the consent of the parties.

The arbitrator shall be paid fee in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act, as amended.
