(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1/plaintiff states that inadvertently, an application for impleading the legal representatives of Baldev Singh was filed and it was actually Kartar Singh, whose legal representatives had to be impleaded. In view thereof, he wishes to withdraw the application for impleading the legal representative of Baldev Singh with liberty to file fresh application for impleading the legal representatives of Kartar Singh.

Permitted to do so.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
