Present:
Ms. Priti, Advocate for Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Panwar, Advoate for the petitioners.
-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The present revision petitions are arising from the dismissal of the applications seeking condonation of delay in filing the objections as well as the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Concededly, the orders of dismissing the objections would be appealable under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks liberty of this Court to avail the remedy in accordance with law.
Ordered accordingly. The revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (AMIT RAWAL) JUDGE May 10, 2018 Pankaj* Whether speaking/reasoned Yes Whether reportable No PANKAJ KUMAR 2018.05.11 12:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
