Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for adjournment. The case was adjourned finally for today when there was a request for adjournment at the previous hearing on 26.03.2015. I decline the request and proceed to dispose of the revision petition on the basis of records.

The petition is against the order closing the side of the petitioner after the petitioner sought for closing the evidence. The Court closed his evidence and directed the matter to be adjourned to another date for entire evidence of Rws. The application was filed under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC which ought to be taken as summary proceeding and did not require to follow the trappings of long drawn trial. The Court was justified in closing the petitioner's side when he had himself sought for closing the evidence and directed the matter to PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.04.10 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.R. No.2152 of 2015 -2be posted for the respondent. I cannot find any prejudice to have been caused by such an exercise.
