(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.146 dated 22.10.2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379-B, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Maloya, Chandigarh. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 20.1.2022 passed by this Court.
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of U.T. Chandigarh on instructions from SI Naresh Kumar has submitted that the GAURAV SOROT 2022.09.01 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
( 2 ) CRM-M-2390-2022 petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. It is further submitted that the petitioner is also involved in two criminal cases but he on bail in both the said cases.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 20.1.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
