(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to release the vehicle i.e. Truck bearing registration No. PB-11-BC-4927, which is illegally detained by respondent No.3, from the possession of the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the averments made in the petition, this Court is not inclined to invoke its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, finding no merit in the instant petition, same stands dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law, if so advised.
