(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed seeking grant of benefit of 23 years advance promotional increment in view of the policy of the Finance Department dated 23.04.1990 (Annexure P-2). Counsel for the petitioners states that similar petitions i.e. CWP No.24407 of 2018 and other connected cases, have been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2018, keeping in view the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 alongwith other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018. Counsel for the petitioners further states that petitioners are seeking the similar direction as given by this Court while deciding CWP No.24407 of 2018 and other connected cases, decided on 19.12.2018.
