ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff-petitioner against the order passed by the learned trial court, affirmed in appeal by the learned first appellate court while disposing of application for temporary injunction.

Without going into the merits of the case, this court is of the considered opinion that since the suit filed by the plaintiff is pending for almost 3 years and the learned trial court had only directed the plaintiff and the defendants to maintain status quo with regard to 4 kanals of land each, this court is of the opinion that the trial court should be requested to expeditiously dispose of the suit itself within a period of one year. Counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner has undertaken to lead his entire evidence within a period of 3 months from today. Civil Revision No.1796 of 2017 (O&M) -2defendants would cooperate and conclude their evidence as expeditiously as possible.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that the suit be decided within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

In the meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status-quo as exists today with regard to the entire land.
