**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is to issue direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and to regularize their services on the post of Chowkidar in Government Primary and Middle School, under respondent No.1-Haryana State Education Department, in view of the regularization policy dated 11.11.2003 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as EDUSAT Chowkidars in the Government Primary and Middle Schools on temporary basis from 2007-2010; that necessary sanction was also given by the competent authority; that the similarly situated employees have preferred CWP-1838-2021, in which, vide order dated 30.11.2022, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- 'Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the respondents have decided to consider the claim of the petitioners, the respondents be restrained from terminating the services of the petitioners in any manner till the said decision is taken.

CWP-876-2023 (O&M) -2Keeping in view the above, the respondents are directed that in case, the petitioners raise any grievance as noticed hereinbefore by filing appropriate representation within next three weeks from the receipt of copy of this order, the respondents are directed to decide the same in accordance with law and the regularization policy, if any, which covers the case of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such representation. Till appropriate orders are passed, the petitioners, who are in service, will be allowed to continue in service'. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the representation dated 03.01.2023 moved by the petitioners is ordered to be decided by respondent concerned, within a stipulated time, as has been ordered in CWP-18382021 on 30.11.2022. Notice of motion.
On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice and submits that he has no objection, if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to decide the representation dated 03.01.2023 moved by the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, as per law. 17.01.2023 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) Aman Jain JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
