[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 142, dated 10th March, 2021, under Sections 406, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 201 IPC and Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
