CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The senior counsel for the petitioners seeks to amend the written statement to refer to certain facts which the petitioners have come to their knowledge subsequently. The learned Senior Counsel would seek for dismissal of the revision petition with liberty to apply to the Court for amendment. I will not pre-judge an issue of whether such amendment will be appropriate or not and it will be left to the Court to decide on the tenability of such a plea.
2.
The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for amendment. It will be a subject of adjudication independently by the court uninfluenced in any way by the fact of earlier order dismissing the prayers. (K.
