This is an application for impleading the applicant - Subh Lata - as respondent No.2 in the present case.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and Subh Lata is impleaded as a party.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant - Subh Lata - is impleaded as respondent No.2 in the present case. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

During the pendency of the present revision petition, respondent No. 2 - Subh Lata - is stated to have purchased the property and JITENDER KUMAR 2024.07.30 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment Chandigarh

CR-2114-2013 -2the property stands duly transferred in her name by the Chandigarh Administration. A conveyance deed has also been executed in her favour on 10.04.2019.

On 26.07.2024 respondent No. 2 - Subh Lata - had appeared in person and had made a statement, which was recorded separately, wherein she stated that she did not wish to pursue the ejectment petition and wished to withdraw the same. Today, again, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2 - Subh Lata - states that she does not wish to press the ejectment petition itself and wishes to withdraw the same. 6.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he has no objection.

In view thereof, the ejectment petition is permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the ejectment petition itself, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
