***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondents No.1 to 4. However, challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 09.03.2006, which relates to the appeal, against the order dated 16.05.2005.

Perusal of the paperbook reveals that the impugned order relates to the relief of permanent injunction of the suit, which was filed in the year 2004. By this time, the case ought to have been decided by learned Tribunal. Even, the counsel for the petitioner has not made appearance today.

In the given circumstances, the revision petition is hereby dismissed, for want of prosecution.
