There is no justification for the petitioner to approach this Court for intervention. The Court who passed the order has the power to recall the same if an application was moved by the party giving explanation as to why he/she could not be present on the day when the case was posted. The procedure of how such matter will be dealt with has been set forth by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404 and the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Court for such relief.

The revision petition is dismissed but with the observations made above.
