**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Parties are not in dispute that the matter stands compromised between the parties with the assistance of Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta, Mediator and they are bound by the terms of compromise deed dated 28.03.2018. The compromise deed is taken on record as Annexure A-1. As per this deed, it has been agreed that the first party/tenant will vacate the demised premises on or before 31.08.2018 and the second party/landlord will refund an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- out of Rs.1,80,000/-, which were taken by the landlord from the tenant on account of arrears of rent. The second party/landlord shall not claim any mesne profits of the demised premises from the first party/tenant. In view of the above factual position, the revision petition stands disposed of and parties are bound by the terms of the compromise deed dated 28.03.2018.
