(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.2 dated 05.01.2021, registered under Sections21 (1) and 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957, Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, Punjab.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Swati Dhiman, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of accordingly.
