G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner-tenant is in revision against the order of eviction dated 13.01.2016 on the ground of bona fide requirement passed by the Rent Controller, Gurdaspur which has been upheld in appeal by the Appellate Authority on 08.12.2016. During the proceedings, an order was passed in the connected matters on 06.03.2017 in C.R. Nos. 611 and 809 of 2017 in pursuance to which, the landlord is willing to adjust the petitioner in the vacant shop which is in the same building on the back side which is opening on a street and is on the left portion and on the western side of the building as per site plan Ex.R-1 and towards a staircase. Accordingly, counsel for the petitioner submits that if he is given vacant possession of the said shop, he would shift within a period of two months from today.

The petitioner-Mohinder Kumar is also present and duly identified by Mr. Vipin Mahajan, Advocate. Jaspal Singh and Gurdarshan Singh, legal representatives of the respondent are also present Shivani Gupta 2017.04.

C.R. No. 1829 of 2017 -2and agree to the terms of the said compromise. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous in terms of the said compromise. The petitioner shall be adjusted in the above mentioned shop by 15.06.2017 and accordingly, he shall vacate the demised premises by the said date. 19.04.2017 (G.S.
