Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Present revision is directed against the order passed by Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Kosli whereby evidence of the petitioners has been closed by order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case one opportunity is granted, they would conclude their entire evidence. This court feels that one opportunity needs to be granted to the petitioners to lead their evidence. It will, however, be subject to Rs.5,000/- as costs to be remitted to the respondents. Impugned order is set-aside. Revision petition is allowed. Trial court would grant one opportunity to the petitioners to conclude their entire evidence. (Rajan Gupta) Judge March 16, 2017.
