Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.1.2014 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that vide the impugned order, parties have been directed to maintain status quo regarding alienation and construction till the decision of the suit. Learned counsel has further submitted that at this stage, petitioners would be satisfied if the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
