For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Short reply of respondent No.3 is taken on record. Registry will tag the same at appropriate place.

CWP-1293-2021 Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 13.01.2021 (P-6) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner was transferred without any reason or complaint.

CWP-1293-2021 -2order dated 28.01.2021 (Annexure R/2), respondent No.3 has again joined as Regional Kanungo, Roopnagar instead of petitioner and he is continuing as such. Further stated that petitioner has gone back to his prior place of posting i.e. Regional Kanungo, Morinda and as on today also, he is working at Morinda.

The above factual position is duly accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner and he submits that petitioner is going to retire on 31.07.2021 after attaining the age of superannuation and he be allowed to continue till that date.

Learned State counsel has no serious objection to the above submission.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner will continue at the place of his present posting till 31.07.2021.

Disposed off in the above terms.
