(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents for filing challan, conducting proper investigation and arresting the accused persons in FIR No.67 dated 04.02.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 506 and 307 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh, or transfer of investigation to any other independent agency.
