M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to order dated 1.4.2015, an affidavit of Varinder Singh son of Dalbir Singh has been filed undertaking to vacate the demised premises within a period of six months' averring therein that it is he who is running business in the shop in dispute. An undertaking has been given that vacant possession of the demised shop will be handed over to the landlord-respondent. A sum of Rs.2,000/- per month for use and occupation of the demised shop will be paid for the period of six months by him. The petition is dismissed granting six months' time to the petitioner from today to vacate the premises. It is observed that in case of violation of the undertaking, the petitioner will be liable for proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. (M.M.S. BEDI) April 9, 2015.
