The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.02.2018 whereby the application filed by the defendant-respondents under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been allowed. 2.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Rewari, the main suit itself stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 22.07.2019. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
