**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Mathematics on 19.01.2015 with respondent No. 4 but after 25.04.2017, she was not allowed to join. Thereafter, in compliance of order passed by this Court on 22.07.2019 in CWP No. 19940-2019, she was again allowed to join on 16.08.2019 but she was discontinued on 17.12.2019 on transfer of regular Assistant Professor in the subject of Mathematics.

Petitioner is now seeking that she may be re-engaged keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College as per Annexure P-10 colly wherein the order of deputation of one Ravinder Kumar, Assistant Professor Maths has been canceled from GCW Jassaur Kheri to GC Bahadurgarh, vide order dated 10.09.2019 (P-10). Further reference has been made to order dated 02.12.2019 (P-10) whereby appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in Mathematics in Bahadurgarh vide order dated 10.07.2017 in respect of one Prashant, has been cancelled. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given an application dated 19/20.12.2019 (Annexure P-8 colly) stating therein that she be allowed to join respondent No. 4, as workload is still available in the College, as mentioned above. Issue notice of motion.
