Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. He, however, submits that trial has been considerably delayed due to non-appearance of the defendants. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
