(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to lead all such evidence before the Trial Court which could prove his innocence.

In view of the aforestated position, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

In case, the petitioner produces any evidence in his defence especially in the shape of any electronic evidence/video recording, the same shall be duly looked into by the Trial Court subject to its admissibility as per law.
